What do you need to join the club:

Must be 18 years or older.
Have a Hartford Public Library Card.
$10 Annual membership fee
Have a valid working phone number.

All movies will have a 2 day lending period.
There will be a 2 movie limit per lending period.
$1 per day late fee.
