Ice Cream Social

Join us at the Hartford Public Library for an Ice Cream Social to promote our program "1,000 Books Before Kindergarten" on Saturday September 17th from 1PM-2PM.

Experts tell us that children need to hear a
thousand stories read aloud before they
begin to learn to read for themselves.

What can you expect at the Ice Cream Social?
